A little history you may not have learned in school.
Americans may not realize there are
Two United States of America!
The first one:
United States of America, a Constitutional Republic
· Where the law of the land is the United States Constitution, and we the people have unalienable rights, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!
· Our Constitution is commonly talked about, and we are told that the United States of America belongs to We the People. We are taught about our beginnings, and throughout our lives we have embraced the freedoms this document allows and provides.
· Our Constitution ensures that we the people are FREE, and ensures that those we elect will abide by our Constitution, and defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic.
· Our Constitution was written to restrict our elected representatives from ever having too much power or control.
· Our Constitution was written to limit governmental control.
· Our Constitution provided its people to be FREE sovereigns, people who were never required to check in with their government and “get” government “permission” to do anything.
· Our Constitution provided that we could buy and own our land, build our homes, build our businesses, educate our children (with truth, instead of propaganda), travel freely from state to state by whatever means of locomotion accepted as common travel, we could enter into Holy Matrimony with whomever we choose, and we could worship any God we so choose.
· In a nutshell, our Constitution proclaimed that the people of the United States of America are FREE. Free from government oppression and control, and our Constitution proclaimed tyranny would never exist in America.
America is the “Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave”.
The second one:
UNITED STATES INCORPORATED!
· The United States (Inc.) is a District of Columbia corporation created in 1871. In Volume 20: Corpus Juris Sec. § 1785 we find "The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a State" (see: NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S. 0.1973, 14 L. Ed. 287).
· Since a corporation is a fictitious "person" (it cannot speak, see, touch, smell, etc.), it cannot, by itself, function in the real world. It needs a conduit, a transmitting utility, a liaison of some sort, to "connect" the fictional person, and fictional world in which it exists, to the real world.
· A corporation is a business entity that is given many of the same legal rights as an actual person. Corporations may be made up of a single person or a group of people or aggregate corporations, respectively.
· Corporations exist as virtual fictitious persons, granting a limited protection to the actual people involved in the business of the corporation.
· A corporation cannot see, feel, speak, procreate, breathe or bleed.
· LIVING, breathing, breeding people, you and I, exist in a real world, not a fictional, virtual world.
· Government today, the UNITED STATES INCORPORATED, does exist in a fictional world, and can only deal directly with other fictional or virtual persons, agencies, states, etc...
· In order for a fictional person, UNITED STATES INCORPORATED, to deal with real people, living, breathing, breeding souls, there must be a connection, a liaison, and a go-between.
· This go-between can be something as simple as a contract. When both "persons," the real and the fictional, agree to the terms of a contract, where there is a connection, intercourse and dealings, where there is a communication, an exchange, there is business!
· Who is this go-between, this liaison that connects fictional government to real men and women?
· It's a government created shadow, a fictional man or woman, with the same name as ours.
· Millions of Americans do not know that they themselves are this fictional corporate entity.
That’s right, your name in all CAPITAL LETTERS denotes you as a fictitious corporate entity, known as your STRAW MAN.
Webster's Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary defines the term "straw man" as:
1. A weak or imaginary opposition set up only to be easily confuted.
2. A person set up to serve as a cover for a usually questionable transaction.
STRAMINEUS HOMO –
Latin: A man of straw, one of no substance, put forward as bail or surety. This definition comes from Black's Law Dictionary, 6th. Edition, page 1421. Following the definition of STRAMINEUS HOMO in Black's Law Dictionary we find the next words, “Straw man”.
STRAW MAN - "A front, a third party who is put up in name only to take part in a transaction. Nominal party to a transaction; one who acts as an agent for another for the purposes of taking title to real property & executing whatever documents & instruments the principal may direct. Person who purchases property for another to conceal identity of real purchaser or to accomplish some purpose otherwise not allowed."
· Straw Man can be summed up as an imaginary, passive stand-in for the real participant; a front; a blind; a person regarded as a non-entity.
· The Straw Man is this shadow, this go-between that the UNITED STATES INCORPORATED needs in order for it to make it possible for it to control and conduct business with a living, breathing, breeding soul.
· Look at you drivers license, marriage license, mortgage agreement, medical bills, phone bill, gas bill, electric bill, credit cards, banking statements, bank checks, education loan documents, your business license, all communications from the state you live in, your city name; all of these documents use your name all in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Q: What does your name in all CAPITAL LETTERS mean to our government?
A: That you have accepted your sovereign individual as being a corporation!
Q: What does this mean?
A: It means that in the eyes of the government you are no longer a sovereign, and have willingly and willfully consented to accept the status of “fictitious corporate entity” so that commerce and business could continue even though the United States is bankrupt!
Q: How did government “take away” our individual sovereignty and “create” this “STRAW MAN” our given name in all CAPITAL LETTERS?
A: Simply with the issuance of our Birth Certificate; more specifically, our Certificate of Live Birth! (This is not the same thing as your cute Hospital Birth Certificate with your footprints on it.)
- You and I were born free and sovereign. Our parents gave us our name, written in both upper case and lower case letters, John Allen Smith, commonly know as our sovereign legal status.
- This all began with our loving proud parents, doing what they thought the law compelled them to do, recording of our birth with government, and our government issuing our Certificate of Live Birth.
- What our parents weren’t told was the meaning behind changing the way our name was written, from using both upper case and lower case letters, to our name written in all UPPER CASE LETTERS.
· This rather simple change in the style our name on our Certificate of Live Birth created this shadow, this go-between, and this “STRAW MAN” making it possible for the UNITED STATES INCORPORATED to conduct their business, using us as a fictitious corporate entity, thus this became our first contract with government.
· It is this document, voluntarily provided by our unsuspecting loving parents, which moved us from sovereign legal status, to all contractual corporate citizens’ status.
· You need to know that there is No Law requiring parents to file with government, for a Certificate of Live Birth.
· Our parents believed that what they were doing was what should be done, never suspecting that there may be fraud or deceit in our government issuing the Certificate of Live Birth.
· From there on, we did what we believed we ‘must do’ and began voluntarily signing more contracts with government.
· We signed an application for our Social Security cards, for our driver’s licenses, for voter registrations, for marriage licenses, for fishing licenses, for business licenses, for occupation licenses, for permits to build our houses, we signed mortgage contracts, credit card contracts, loan agreements; we signed any document put before us, with our name written in all capital letters…our STRAW MAN.
There is no law requiring that we must do or sign any of the above!
Thus the fraud that is destroying America was born.

Here is a little more history not taught in Public Schools!
The Bankruptcy of America!
Occurred April 5th, 1933:
On April 5, 1933, then President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, under Executive Order, issued April 5, 1933, declared: "All persons are required to deliver on or before May 1, 1933 all Gold Coin, Gold Bullion, and Gold Certificates now owned by them to a Federal Reserve Bank, branch or agency, or to any member bank of the Federal Reserve System."
The order (proclamation) issued by Roosevelt was an undisciplined act of treason. Two months after the Executive Order, on June 5, 1933, the Senate and House of Representatives, 73d Congress, 1st session, at 4:30 p.m. approve House Joint Resolution (HJR) 192: Joint Resolution to Suspend the Gold Standard & Abrogate the Gold Clause, Joint resolution to assure uniform value to the coins and currencies of the United States.
HJR-192 states, in part, that "Every provision contained in or made with respect to any obligation which purports to give the obligee a right to require payment in gold or a particular kind of coin or currency, or in any amount of money of the United States measured thereby, is declared to be against public policy, and no such provision shall be contained in or made with respect to any obligation hereafter incurred. Every obligation, heretofore or hereafter incurred, whether or not any such provisions is contained therein or made with respect thereto, shall be discharged upon payment, dollar for dollar, in any such coin or currency which at the time of payment is legal tender for public and private debts."
HJR-192 goes on to state: "As used in this resolution, the term 'obligation' means an obligation (including every obligation of and to the United States, excepting currency) payable in money of the United States; and the term 'coin or currency' means coin or currency of the United States, including Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve banks and national banking associations."
HJR-192 superseded Public Law (what passes as law today is only "color of law"), replacing it with public policy.
This eliminated our ability to PAY our debts, allowing only for their DISCHARGE.
When we use any commercial paper (checks, drafts, warrants, federal reserve notes, etc.), and accept it as money, we simply pass the unpaid debt attached to the paper on to others, by way of our purchases and transactions. This unpaid debt, under public policy, now carries a public liability for its collection. In other words, all debt is now public.
The United States government, in order to provide necessary goods and services, created a commercial bond (promissory note), by pledging the property, labor, life and body of its citizens as payment for the debt (bankruptcy).
This commercial bond made warehouse chattel (property), cargo in transit, out of every man, woman and child in the United States. We became nothing more than "human resources" and collateral for the debt.
Our corrupt corporate government has slowly trapped America in its controlling scheme to distance us from our United States Constitution, or as many believe, completely ignore and destroy our Constitution.
These contracts were imposed upon us
without Full disclosure;
therefore, they became an act of FRAUD!
We were never told, with full and open disclosure, what our government officials were planning to do and why. We were never told that government (the UNITED STATES) was a corporation, a fictitious entity or “person”.
We were never told that government had quietly, almost secretly, created a shadow, a STRAW MAN for each and every AMERICAN, so that government could not only “control” the people, but also raise an almost unlimited amount of revenue, so it could continue not just to exist, but also to GROW, while in its bankrupt status. We were never told that when government deals with the STRAW MAN, that it is not dealing with real living men and women; judges in today’s courts in America cannot see you, the “real you”, because you are a STAW MAN, a fictitious entity.
We were never told, openly and clearly with full disclosure of all the facts, that since June 5, 1933, we have been unable to pay our debts.
We were never told that we and our children, and their children, and their children, and all future generations had been pledged as collateral, mere chattel, for the debt created by government officials who committed treason in doing so.
We were never told that they quietly and cleverly changed the rules, even the game itself, and that the world we perceive as real, is in fact fictional, and it’s all for their benefit.
We were never told that the STRAW MAN, a fictional person, a creature of the state, is subject to all the codes, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, etc. decreed by government. Nor were we told that WE, the real man and woman, are NOT subject to those all those governmental codes, statutes, rules, regulations and ordinances.
We were never told we were being treated as warehouse property, as slaves, while living in the land of the free and the home of the brave, and that we could, easily, walk away from the fraud.
Our (corporate) government has used the power of contracts, which is the basis of commerce in America, to take control of all Americans. You should know that a contract, voluntarily signed, overrides the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and any other document other than another contract.
You should also know that no process of law, “color” of law, under present codes, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, etc., can operate upon you, no agent or agency of government, including courts, can gain jurisdiction over you, WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

“We the People” created government!
Government did not create “We the People”!
It may be hard for some of you who are reading this, to believe that the very government we created has fraudulently deceived us, and that everything you have just read is the TRUTH!
Our elected representatives and the free press have all played a huge part in this deception and fraud.
Today, 2009, every newspaper in the United States should have a front page that reads:
“300 million Americans victims of Identity Theft, the largest group of individuals in the history of the world, have had their identities stolen by their government elected representatives!”

Some of you might remember the “scarecrow” character from the “WIZARD of OZ”; he was made of straw, and in the movie one of his lines was, “…if I only had a brain..”
Maybe it is coincidental that your identity as an individual sovereign was stolen and replaced with “a fictional corporate entity” known as “STRAW MAN”, then again, maybe not.
My prayer is that you, my fellow Americans, will use your brain and figure it out; that America is in distress and that “We the People” are the only hope, if America is too survive this blatant attempt by these corrupt corporate government representatives from stealing our Nation!
It is because of these frauds we can take back
our rights written in our United States Constitution.

In order for a free Republic to be eliminated,
that society which calls itself a free Republic,
must conform and comply with the following ten rules.
"Are these things happening in America today?"
1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
Who really owns "private property"? With our government imposing such things as "eminent domain", "zoning" of private property and telling the property owner how the land may be used; commercial or residential for an example. In America this has already happened.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
The United States Constitution does not allow for this type of taxation. The 16th Amendment was unconstitutionally passed in 1913 by a renegade Congress. The IRS is a private corporation just like the Federal Reserve Board. The Social Security Act of 1936 is another example of this "stealing" that is going on in America.
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
Here we go again with the tax scam through Probate laws and Inheritance laws. Americans are being told they cannot pass on to their children or family members, that which they spent a lifetime earning and saving, without giving 25% to 40% to the government.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
Our government calls this "Government Seizures." Where they take property without due process of law, such as "tax liens" or land that is taken and given to the Department of Urban Development. The IRS, DEA, ATF and even local police commit other confiscation of private property without due process.
5. Centralization of credit in the banks of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.
In America this is called the Federal Reserve, which is a privately owned group of international bankers, who were given their power by that same renegade group of Congressmen in 1913, in total violation of our Constitution. All local banks in America are members, and are regulated by the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve has totally robbed Americans of our monetary system prescribed by our Constitution, and today it issues a Fiat Paper Money that will bankrupt America and Americans.
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the state.
In America it’s called the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Department of Transportation (DOT), the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the State mandated driver’s licenses, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of lands and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
In America it’s called corporate capacity, with agencies like these; The Department of Agriculture, the Department of Commerce and Labor, the Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of Reclamation, the Bureau of Mines, the Desert Entry Act, the National Park Service and even the IRS again with the control of business through corporate regulations.
8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
In America it’s called "Minimum Wage", "Affirmative Action" and even called the "Federal Public Works Program".
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equitable distribution of the populace over the country.
In America it’s called the Planning Reorganization Act (1949), and let us not forget Super Corporate Farms. These programs force relocation and are being applied in China today, as well as forced sterilization to control population.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc.
In America we are taxed to provide public education, but in reality the Federal government, as well as the States, are forcing us to pay the education tax. Today, American school children are being indoctrinated to embrace a global one world government perspective, instead of being taught about America and our American heritage. Even our private schools are government regulated.
